The ideal candidate will be expected to successfully navigate diverse data types, from next-generation sequencing to hospital-wide records, and to apply and develop models and algorithms for building tools and testing hypotheses on gigabyte-scale datasets.
This is a unique opportunity to work on key challenges at the interface of biology, the information sciences, and clinical medicine at one of the world’s premier academic institutions.
The desired applicant must:
–Hold a masters degree or higher in computer science; bioinformatics; computational, mathematical, or systems biology; or other quantitative science (mathematics, physics, or engineering)
