The HUMBOLDT-UNIVERSITÄT ZU BERLIN (HU) and the MAX DELBRÜCK CENTER FOR MOLECULAR MEDICINE (MDC) BERLIN-BUCH invite applications for the following position:
Associate Professorship for “Modelling of Molecular Interaction”
Applicants with an established track record in any aspect of theoretical biophysics, molecular modelling or related fields will be considered, although preference may be given to applicants whose research complements existing research in the department. The candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching theoretical physics and mathematical modelling as applied to biological problems in undergraduate and graduate programs for biology and biophysics students.
The professorship will be established at the Institute of Biology at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences I of HU and will start at the earliest possible time.
